CHRIST REALIZATION YOGA – DAY 49

DAY 49

If I but listen, and I be but still, quiet, and in a state of conscious mental rest, I will hear God Presence’s Voice and guidance which speaks to me throughout my entire day, every day, all the time as a manifestation of the One Reality of Cosmic Yoga-Union.

 

Today the static, loud, white noise, and ego chatter will subside, if I but let it and I will hear the One Voice for God the Holy Spirit Intelligent Vibratory Power, the Voice that never stops speaking to me. God’s Voice is an endless stream of Awareness and Love that gives me the gifts of peace, joy, and calmness, if I but listen, if I but stop the monkey mind from distracting me.

 

The Love of God Presence, of Brahman Immortal, of Father-Mother God is in constant contact with me, communicating the ultimate Reality of happiness, joy, ananda-bliss, and peace that is available, always. My ego-ahamkar attempts to the extent of threatening suffering and death that will be the consequences of not listening to it. The ego-mind tries to convince me that it is more important to pay attention to, a voice that in truth makes empty promises and speaks to me of a world governed by separation and confusion. What I seek is Yoga-Union with Divinity and my brothers and sisters, Perfect Awareness of Samadhi-Oneness.

 

In calmness, stillness, and absence from all forms of restlessness, I hear the the Holy Spirit, Divinity’s Voice within. This voice speaks calmly and never forcefully against my individual mind’s will. This other more destructive thought system that I tend to listen to is, as Jeshua (Jesus) describes it “frantic and distraught” and “without reality of any kind”. Today, I commit to calmness which brings true freedom, kaivalya-liberation, and to being completely unshackled in my ability to hear only Love.

 

I will center on today’s mantra prayer four different times for five minutes at a time. My goal is to hear and Realize that God Presence is reminding me of who He/She is and validating my True Self, Christ and Atman Self. I confidently embrace this thought of wholeness and wellness, and affirm that I am uniting with Divinity’s Will. The Divine desires more than anything, that I hear His/Her Voice, for it was given to me to be deciphered and heard.

 

I will go into deep silence and stillness. I will find the zero point of Infinity, completely opening my mind. I release all the haunting ghost images and afflicted thoughts that conceal my real thoughts and hinder my phone line to God Mind. I bypass the insane world, go beyond and transcend my riotous and frantic vritti-fluctuation of thought waves. I further affirm, that this world is not my home. By listening and opening to Divine Mind, I am seeking to reconnect to my True Home in Heavenly Oneness. This place welcomes me always, empowering me with the Current and Life Force of God flowing through me.

 

I will recite today’s mantra frequently, with eyes open when necessary, but closing them whenever possible. I will remember that by turning inward away from the external world perceived by the manas-blind-sense-mind, that I am praying for God Presence to speak directly to me. I tune out the flock of thoughts that crowd my individual mind and try to block me from hearing from the Holy Spirit who is speaking for God Presence in every moment of every day, all the time, outside of time. The voice for God will reveal the Light of God, the Altar of God Essence, and connect me with Christ Mind.

DAY 48

I am fearless. I fear no one, no thing, no thought, or any outside force. I am safe. I am free. I cannot be threatened or harmed by anything, nor any avidya-illusion created by mayaic-delusion and duality coming from the split, individual ego-ahamkar mind.

 

Fear is not real. A state of hypnosis, a spell whose power I need to awaken from. In Oneness with Love, I am free from fear and can recognize, name, and dissolve all avidya-illusions from having any terror inducing effects on me. When I want avidya-illusions to be true, the affliction of fear is hard to decipher from Love. But Love is all there is. Love is All-Consuming. I seek mastery through Love.

 

When I am in fear, stuck in the dream drama my individual mind has made, I am relying on my own strength instead of the Power and Fullness of strength found in God Mind Presence and this is a call for Love. Today, as I allow the awareness in that there is no one, no thing, no thought, or any outside force I should fear, I am remembering my True Nature, True Strength, my True Self, Christ and Atman-Self in Union with the Divine Mind. When I am in Yoga-Union with God, remembering my True Source of strength, I cannot be weak. The instant I remember Primordial Samadhi-Oneness with God Presence, Love Unending, I bind the grip of fear and it’s negative vibratory effects are dissolved and the chains of bondage to it are broken and shattered.

 

Today, I will contemplate the affirmation frequently, mindfully, in short intervals with my eyes open. However, when I have the time and a place to do it, I will close my eyes and chant the affirmation mantra several times, slowly. I take all temptations to be in fear to the Cosmic Vibratory Memory of God in my mind, the Holy Spirit. I choose to remember the Love of Heaven now, and release the magnetic pull of my self-created hell of terror and mental affliction caused by my attachment to fear.

How Will You Use the Power of Your Mind – To Extend Love, or to Project Anger?

Our minds are inherently powerful. That is because our minds are One with Divinity’s One Mind. We either extend or project what is within outwards. It is so easy to ‘hurl’ out onto other people or into the world we think we are seeing what we don’t like about ourselves, what we feel guilty about (especially this), or what angers us. Our egos, the puppet masters behind the primal guilt we all carry around within us, think they can free the split mind from torment and the perceived threat of punishment from the Divine Source, we think we ‘threw away’ in the act of separating from that Source, by projecting out the ugliness we are ashamed of.

 

Our True Nature is to extend Love. Projection is the opposite of that. Through the human condition, we crucify ourselves, fear attack from the Divine for what we thought we did to offend that Source, and thereby seek to be free of guilt and that fear, by projecting onto others what we feel guilty about. Primal guilt has everything to do with projection. We want to be free of what causes us to suffer, so in an attempt to get rid of the cause of our suffering, we make others pay and the world too. We project because we think we lack something and need to take it back from others. What we really feel we lack is the Love of the Divine. So, we compensate.

 

When we compensate, we do so neurotically, and it always leads to seeing what we want to disown ‘out there’, as I said, whether in others or in the world as a whole. It is important to keep in mind that the ego mind has a malevolent nature to it. It is out for its own good and has an authority problem. It thinks you are the ego and it thinks it created you, instead of you being created by the Divine. That is part of the root of the underlying problem which causes the ego mind (individual false-self) to mis-create.

 

The mind always expresses outwardly what is within. So, it will either project or extend. Extension is an act of creating from or seeing through the eyes of Love. If we feel Love at the core of who we are, we are going to Love others and see the inherent, eternal good in them. We see their innocence when we perceive ourselves to be innocent as opposed to feeling guilty deep down in our psyche. If projection is throwing away something we don’t want, extension is sharing something we do want and what we really are, Love.

 

Projection always leads to anger and is a form of attack. Extension comes from contentment, trust, and inner peace. Extension comes from knowing who we are. The offspring of the Divine. If extension is the sharing of our True Nature, then projection is the attempt to be free once and for all from our false nature and thereby all threats of punishment we think we deserve for having ‘attempted’ to usurp the power of the Divine and be special, or our own creator. This desire to be our own maker, once again is called the authority problem in A Course in Miracles. 

 

What ultimately will create the good, the holy, and the beautiful? The act of extension. Or anything that comes from Love and abundance (which we naturally want to share with others). Anything that comes from fear will ultimately lead to projection because we are acting out of lack or a feeling of scarcity. When we feel empty, we attack and try to get what we think we lost or need in order to be happy.  When we feel whole, we see only wholeness in others, because ultimately we are all one. Knowing this brings union and communion with others, a much more preferred state to be in. True Love doesn’t cause us to suffer, but fear will always lead to physical and emotional suffering of some kind that becomes too much to bear, so we will always try to get rid of it by projecting. We need to take responsibility for our ego, the part of our split mind that likes to project error, and give our miscreations over to our Higher Self to be undone. As A Course in Miracles says, “our ego can be forgotten at any time.”

 

As the author of A Course in Miracles says in Chapter 6 Section 1, The Message of the Crucifixion, “teach only love, for that is what you are.” Knowing that is the key to doing that. If you can Love, even when you are being persecuted, extension naturally follows and all temptations to attack out of anger are dissolved and released. This is True Power. Know it. Be it. Share it. This is the key to happiness and lasting joy.

Hitting rock bottom could be the first step in your transcendence. The meditation is an affirmation called “Allowing and Accepting the Now”. This relates to today’s show and its theme.

We all have our own journey to walk and sometimes we stumble and fall to depths of suffering that may seem inescapable. Bryan explores the topic of Rising From Rock Bottom through realistic introspection and understanding the nature of the Dark Night of the Soul as part of the spiritual journey of awakening. His intent is to give hope to those in despair and inspire those who may be experiencing darkness, light and upliftment to spark transcendence out of suffering. Suffering is not required to become enlightened, but it may be part of the journey out of the false ego self into the heights of awareness of the True Christ/Atman/Buddha Self. There is a way out. Bryan seeks to motivate others who may be challenged by life circumstances by providing perspectives that provoke one to consider that there is a way to rise above rock bottom experiences that may come in the form of self-created misery through attachment to gratification of the senses. He calls listeners to Transfigure the Senses and to experience the greatness of our co-creative nature.
